Accessibility Statement

We want as many people as possible to be able to use campervan.win. That means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard
  • use the website with a screen reader (including recent versions of common screen readers)
  • use the site on a mobile, tablet, laptop, or desktop without losing core functionality

We know accessibility is not a one-off task. We review and improve the site over time.

Who we are

Campervan.win is a trading name of Analogue.media. The website is operated by Analogue Media Limited (Company number 15991972).

If you have any accessibility questions, feedback, or need content in an alternative format, contact: Policies@campervan.win.

Our accessibility standard and target

We aim for campervan.win to be accessible and usable in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, where reasonably possible.

We design and build with accessibility in mind, including:

  • clear headings and page structure
  • readable font sizes and sensible line spacing
  • colour contrast that supports readability
  • clickable elements sized appropriately for touch screens
  • forms with labels and helpful error messaging
  • navigation that works without a mouse
  • avoiding content that flashes in a way that could trigger photosensitive reactions

How accessible this website is

We aim for the website to be accessible, but some parts may not yet be fully compliant. This statement explains what we know, what we are doing about it, and how you can get help.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

We take practical steps to improve accessibility, such as:

  • using semantic HTML and appropriate ARIA where needed
  • ensuring interactive elements have visible focus states
  • checking key user journeys (especially competition entry and checkout) with keyboard-only navigation
  • using clear error messages and input hints on forms
  • testing responsive layouts at different zoom levels and screen sizes
  • checking colour contrast and link visibility
  • reducing unnecessary motion and supporting “reduced motion” settings where possible
  • reviewing third-party embeds and widgets and choosing accessible options where we can

Accessibility is considered when we add new pages, new competition types, or new components.

Known limitations (what may not work perfectly yet)

Depending on the specific competition page layout and third-party services used at the time, you may experience issues such as:

  • Third-party checkout or payment elements may have limited customisation for accessibility, especially within embedded fields, and may behave differently between browsers or screen readers.
  • Dynamic content such as pop-ups, cookie preference modals, and live validation messages may not always announce changes as clearly as we would like in all screen reader and browser combinations.
  • Some images (for example prize galleries or blog imagery) may not always have ideal alternative text if content is added quickly.
  • Some page elements may rely on colour to indicate state (for example selected entry options) and may need additional text cues in certain contexts.
  • PDFs or downloadable documents (if used) may not always be fully accessible.

If you encounter any of the above, please tell us and we will prioritise fixes that affect entry, checkout, and essential site navigation first.

Requesting information in an alternative format

If you need information from campervan.win in a different format, we will try to help. For example:

  • plain text versions of content
  • large print formatting guidance
  • accessible summary of a competition’s key details
  • help completing entry steps if you cannot access a specific component

Email: Policies@campervan.win

Please tell us what you need, which page it relates to, and the format that would work best for you.

Reporting accessibility problems

If you find any accessibility issue, please contact us at Policies@campervan.win and include:

  • the web page address (URL) or the page name
  • what you were trying to do
  • what went wrong
  • your device and browser (if you know them)
  • any assistive technology you were using (screen reader name/version, voice control, etc.)

We aim to respond promptly and to offer a workaround where possible while we address the issue.

Enforcement procedure

If you contact us about an accessibility issue and you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which supports the Equality Act 2010. EASS can advise on next steps.

This enforcement route is part of UK accessibility practice for services used by the public.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Campervan.win is designed to work with modern browsers and devices. Accessibility can vary depending on your exact combination of browser, operating system and assistive technology. If you report an issue, sharing those details helps us reproduce and fix it.
