FREE POSTAL ENTRY

Every Campervan.Win competition can be entered for free by post. No purchase is necessary. Postal entries carry the same weight as paid entries in our independently verified prize draws.

This page explains exactly how to submit a free postal entry, what to include, and where to send it.

How it works

UK competition law requires that prize competitions offer a free entry route. At Campervan.Win, we take this seriously. Every postal entry that meets the requirements below is added to the draw alongside paid entries with no difference in how they are treated.

Each valid postal entry receives one entry into the competition you specify. You may submit multiple postal entries for the same competition, but each one must be sent separately in its own envelope or on its own postcard.

What to include in your postal entry

To make sure your entry can be processed, please include the following information clearly and legibly on a postcard or sheet of paper:

  • Your full name
  • Your postal address (including postcode)
  • Your email address (so we can contact you if you win)
  • The name of the competition you are entering (as shown on the website)
  • Your answer to the competition question (if applicable)

Entries that are missing required information or are not legible may not be processed. If something is unclear, we will make reasonable efforts to interpret your entry fairly, but we cannot guarantee inclusion if key details are missing.

Where to send your entry

Post your entry to:

Campervan.Win Postal Entry

Analogue Media
Trinity Church
14A Queen Square
Bath, BA1 2HN
United Kingdom

Please make sure you use the correct postage. We cannot accept entries where postage is due on delivery. Entries sent by recorded or tracked delivery are fine, but not required.

When to send it

Your postal entry must arrive at the address above before the closing date of the competition. We recommend posting your entry at least 7 working days before the draw date to allow for Royal Mail delivery times. Entries that arrive after the competition has closed cannot be included in the draw.

Competition closing dates are clearly shown on each competition page on the website.

How postal entries are processed

When your entry arrives, we log the date received, verify the required information is present, and allocate your entry to the relevant competition. You will not receive a confirmation by post, but if you have included an email address, we may send a confirmation email once your entry has been processed.

Postal entries are handled with the same care and attention as online entries. All entries are included in the independently verified draw for the competition specified.

Important things to know

  • One entry per envelope or postcard. Do not include multiple competition entries in a single envelope.
  • Postal entries are free. Do not send any money with your entry.
  • We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post.
  • Illegible or incomplete entries may not be processed.
  • Postal entries receive one entry per valid submission. Paid entry bundles (which offer multiple entries per purchase) are only available through the website.
  • By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in our Terms of Service.

What happens if you win

If a postal entry is drawn as the winner, we will contact you using the details you provided on your entry (email first, then by post if needed). You will need to respond within the timeframe set out in our Terms of Service to claim your prize. Full details of what happens after winning are covered on our Delivery and Handover page.

Your personal data

The information you provide on your postal entry is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We use it only to administer your entry, contact you if you win, and maintain the competition audit trail required for fairness and transparency.
