These Terms of Service set out the rules for using campervan.win and entering our prize competitions. Please read them carefully before entering. By using the website and or entering any competition, you agree to these Terms.

When these Terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Analogue Media Limited as the operator of campervan.win. When these Terms say “you” or “your”, they mean the website user or entrant.

About Campervan.Win and our competitions

Campervan.Win operates prize competitions. Competitions are intended to be run as prize competitions and are not gambling. To enter, you will typically be required to answer a question or complete a skill element, and we also provide a free postal entry route. The full details for each competition are shown on the competition page and form part of these Terms.

Eligibility

To enter any competition you must meet the eligibility requirements shown on the competition page and in these Terms. Unless stated otherwise for a specific competition:

  • you must be aged 18 or over
  • you must be a resident of the United Kingdom
  • you must have a valid email address and be contactable if you win
  • you must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of anyone directly connected with operating the competitions, where this could create a conflict of interest

We may require proof of eligibility. If you cannot provide it within a reasonable timeframe, we may treat the entry as invalid.

How to enter

Each competition will set out entry routes, entry limits, opening and closing times, and the prize description.

Paid entry

Where paid entry options are offered, you can purchase entries through the website. Your entry is confirmed only once checkout is completed successfully and we have recorded the entry in our systems. We do not guarantee an entry is recorded until you receive confirmation, or until it appears in your account area where available.

Question or skill element

Where a competition includes a question or skill element, you must complete it as part of the entry process. We may treat entries that do not follow the stated entry steps as invalid.

Free postal entry route

Where a free postal entry route is offered, you can enter by post following the instructions shown on the competition page or in the competition terms. Postal entries must meet the stated requirements, including any specific wording, format, deadline, and the address to send to. We will only process postal entries that are received by the stated closing date and that comply with the instructions.

We recommend keeping proof of posting. If a postal entry does not arrive, is unreadable, or does not contain the required information, we may not be able to process it.

Entry limits and fairness

We may set limits on the number of entries per person, per competition, per household, per payment method, or per other fairness measures. These limits will be shown on the competition page or during checkout where relevant.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel entries that we reasonably believe are linked to misuse, fraud, automated entry behaviour, or attempts to bypass entry limits.

Competition times

Each competition will have an opening date and time and a closing date and time. Late entries are not valid. We are not responsible for entries delayed by internet issues, device issues, bank delays, postal delays, or third-party service outages.

We may extend a closing date, suspend a competition, or delay a draw if necessary for operational, legal, or fairness reasons. If we do, we will update the competition page and, where appropriate, notify entrants.

Pricing, payment and confirmation

Prices for paid entries are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use.

If your payment fails, is reversed, is charged back, or is later found to be unauthorised, we may cancel the associated entries.

We may issue receipts or confirmations by email. You are responsible for checking your email address is correct and for checking spam and junk folders.

Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, paid entries are generally non-refundable once confirmed, because entries are allocated immediately to a live competition. However:

  • if we cancel a competition and do not offer an alternative, we will normally refund paid entries for that competition
  • if you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error, we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy
  • if a refund is agreed, it will be returned to the original payment method where possible

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, we may suspend your account and or entries while it is investigated. We may also take steps to prevent misuse of the service. Chargebacks can also affect our ability to provide services to you in future.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Winner selection and draws

The method of selecting a winner will be stated on the competition page. Unless stated otherwise, winners are selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.

We maintain records and logs to support fair administration and winner selection.

We may use independent oversight or third-party tools for draws. Where we do, this does not change these Terms.

Winner notification

Winners are normally contacted using the details provided at entry, typically by email. We may also attempt contact by phone if you provided a number.

You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct and for responding promptly. If we cannot contact a winner within a reasonable period, or if a winner does not respond, we may select an alternative winner in line with the competition rules. The timeframes for response and redraw will be stated on the competition page where possible.

Winner verification

Before awarding a prize, we may require reasonable verification to confirm identity, age, residency, and eligibility, and to prevent fraud. This may include requesting:

  • proof of identity
  • proof of address
  • confirmation that entry limits and eligibility rules have been met

We will only request information that is proportionate. If you cannot provide verification within a reasonable period, we may treat you as ineligible and select an alternative winner.

Prizes

Prize details are shown on each competition page. Images are for illustration only unless stated otherwise.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless we explicitly state otherwise. We reserve the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make the original prize unavailable. If we do, we will aim to ensure the replacement is fair and reasonable.

Prize fulfilment and delivery

Delivery or handover arrangements will be agreed with the winner. Timeframes may vary depending on the prize, supplier availability, and logistics.

Where a prize requires insurance, registration, or ongoing costs, the competition page should explain what is included. Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for ongoing running costs after handover, such as fuel, maintenance, insurance, tax, and compliance obligations.

If a winner fails to cooperate with reasonable fulfilment steps, we may treat the prize as forfeited and select an alternative winner.

Winner publicity

We may publish winner information, such as first name and county, and may request photos, video or a short winner story. Where required, we will seek your agreement. You can always contact us if you have concerns about publicity.

Your account and keeping details accurate

If the website offers account features, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for ensuring your contact details are accurate.

You must not share your account access with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at Policies@campervan.win.

Acceptable use and prohibited behaviour

You must use the website lawfully and fairly. You must not:

  • attempt to hack, damage, overload, or disrupt the website
  • use bots, scripts, automation, or bulk-entry methods to gain an unfair advantage
  • attempt to bypass entry limits, fraud checks, or security features
  • impersonate others or provide false information
  • use stolen or unauthorised payment methods
  • interfere with competition administration or attempt to manipulate outcomes
  • misuse customer support channels or harass staff

We may suspend or ban users who breach these Terms, cancel entries linked to misuse, and take further action where necessary.

Intellectual property

The website content, branding, text, graphics, photos, videos, and software are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit site content without permission.

Website availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We may update competitions, entry options, and website features. If changes materially affect a competition you have entered, we will aim to communicate clearly on the competition page.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as failures of the internet, devices, payment networks, postal services, or third-party platforms.

Our total liability to you in connection with a specific competition will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for entries to that competition, except where law requires otherwise.

Privacy and cookies

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Settings. Please read them to understand how we use personal data, cookies, marketing preferences, and your rights.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version in force at the time of your entry will apply to that entry unless we are required by law to apply changes differently.
